Chem-Impex International, Inc., shall not be liable for any consequential, general, incidental, or contingent damages whatsoever of any kind. Chem-Impex International, Inc.’s sole obligation is to replace the material up to the extent of the purchase price. This warranty applies only to products in original container and does not apply to a product which has been tampered with or altered in any way or which has been misused or damaged by accident or negligence. No other express or implied warranty or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is made by Chem-Impex International, Inc. Any modification of this warranty must be in writing from Chem-Impex International, Inc. All claims must be received in writing (registered) within 30 days from date of delivery and failure to do so shall constitute a waiver by buyers for any and all such claims. All returned shipments must have prior written authorization. We reserve the right to charge a upto 50% fee on returned goods.
Acceptance
Orders are binding only upon acceptance by Chem-Impex International, Inc. If a purchaser's order contains provisions inconsistent with the provisions of this catalogue, Chem-Impex International, Inc.’s, provisions shall prevail, unless expressly agreed to a specific exception. Any or All clerical errors are subject to correction. Telephone orders must be confirmed in writing and clearly marked "CONFIRMING - DO NOT DUPLICATE".

They are not to be used for drug, food or clinical use in humans.
Hazardous Chemicals
All of our chemicals should be handled only by qualified individuals trained in laboratory procedures and familiar with the potential hazards of the chemicals. The absence of a warning must not be construed as an indication of safety. For MSDS send request by fax or e-mail.
Title of Products & Shipment
The title of goods and products sold hereunder shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of products to the carrier.

We reserve the right to delete products or change product specifications at any time without prior notice.
Prices
All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice.
For those , wishing to Purchase in Foreign Currency, the conversion rate will be applicable as on the date of acceptance of the order.
Payment Terms
NET 30 days subject to approval of credit. We may accept Master, Visa or American Express card in certain cases, preferably when the order is less than $1,000. Banking charges will apply for all international orders. Other terms as in the invoice.
New customers will have to submit the duly filled credit approval form, which is available at our website.
