Operating ethically and sustainably is central to how we do business. For us, it reflects a commitment to operating with integrity—meeting our obligations, managing our impact, and holding ourselves to a high standard across every aspect of our work.
We think about it in two parts:
- The first is compliance: meeting our legal, regulatory, and ethical obligations everywhere we operate. This is the foundation of our Code of Business Conduct and the policies that support it.
- The second is responsibility beyond compliance: actively working to protect the environment, supporting and developing our people, upholding strong governance, and extending our standards into our supply chain.

We earned an EcoVadis Bronze rating in 2023. EcoVadis provides an independent, evidence-based assessment of a company's sustainability management system across Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
