Chem-Circle is the Chem-Impex Loyalty Program and is our “thank you” to you. Earn points every time you shop and complete activities like referrals and signing up for Marketing emails. You can redeem the points for discounts on future purchases. The more points you collect, the more you save.

You earn points on every qualifying purchase. Points are automatically credited to your account within 5 days of your order being fulfilled. You can also earn point on online activities. Go to the "Earn points" section on the loyalty page to learn more.

Once you’re logged into your account, go to the “Rewards” section of the loyalty page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards.
What do different point statuses mean?
What do different point statuses mean?
- Approved: Ready to use for rewards.
- Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.
- Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.
