1. Order Processing   

If you place an order for in-stock items by 1:00 PM EST, we typically ship it within one business day. While we aim to process orders quickly, if there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.

 

2. Shipping Terms

All sales are made under FCA Incoterms 2010, unless otherwise agreed. This means that once your order leaves our facility, the responsibility for the products, including any risks, transfers to you.

 

3. Important Shipping Details

Shipping dates are estimates. While we strive to meet them, we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates. If any unexpected issues arise, we will keep you updated. If you choose collect shipping, insurance will be included automatically. If you’d prefer to opt out of the insurance, simply let us know and we will make arrangements.
